BlogSherpa Sign-up
Matthew CashmoreLonely Planet author
We’re now formally accepting applications for the beta launch of BlogSherpa – you’ll have seen the destination list on the blog earlier this week and we’ve gone out and have started to garner suggestions for great bloggers in that destination – or writing about that destination.
We have 75 spots for the beta launch of BlogSherpa, and whilst we are concentrating on the destinations mentioned before we are looking for broader travel blogs too, which we’ll launch in three months.
The process is simple:
- Make sure you’re registered on lonelyplanet.com (we need your LP / Thorntree Username)
- Make sure you’ve got a google Adsense ID (we need this so we can pay you)
- Tag a relevant post on your blog with ‘blogsherpa’
- Read the BlogSherpa Terms & Conditions
- Fill in the form below
Once we’ve received your information we’ll get back to you within 14 days to let you know if you’ve been accepted into the beta launch – but don’t worry, if you haven’t been accepted this time around – we’ll be launching the full version of BlogSherpa in a few months.
If you want to know more about this form or want help on how to fill it out visit the BlogSherpa Documentation Wiki.
BlogSherpa sign up is now live – follow the instructions on this page to get going – http://lplabs.com/2009/06/30/blogsherpa-now-open/

This blog exists to bring you the latest information on what we're developing here in the rather secret underground bunker at Lonely Planet Towers. You can also follow us on twitter
