Awards - Public Voting Closed - Results

Matthew CashmoreLonely Planet author

Well what a few weeks! We’ve seen tweets in numbers I stopped counting, facebook campaigns that would leave many advertising managers blushing and for the most part, very friendly competition.

So without further ado, here are the points for the public voting section of the 2009 Lonely Planet Travel Blogging Awards - remember these points only account for 50% of the overall score. Now the judges get to work for the remaining 50%.

The winners will be announced at a party in San Francisco on Thursday 26th at 6pm - if you’re nominated here you have two tickets to the party - email me for your invite.
